BD52E30G-TR Overview
It is mounted through 5 terminals on the power management. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. IC management is packaged as a SC-74A, SOT-753 package. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Voltage Detector products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be NOT SPECIFIED. When 1.5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Power Management Circuits is a subcategory of this PMIC chip. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~105°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using BD52, the base power ics number. Supervisors from the well-known BD52Exx series product line are featured in this PMIC.
