BU1851GUW-E2 Overview
In order to save board space, digital switch is located in the 35-VFBGA, WLCSP.The package is packaged in the manner of Cut Tape (CT).In terms of mounting, digital switch ic uses the Surface Mount method .For the analog part of the multiplexers, an IC Encoder is used.As long as the operating temperature is -30°C~85°C, turn signal switch will not be influenced by external factors.When digital controlled switch operates at 2.2V~3.6V, designers are provided with a greater degree of flexibility.It is designed with 35 terminations as part of its basic configuration.The base part number is BU1851, which can also be used to find its logic switch related parts.The multiplexer's system is powered by 3.3V voltage.This turn signal switch has a total of 35 component pins.BALL represents the end of conductors.There is a supply type of Single employed as part of this supply.The multiplexer ic is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.The power supply of 3.3V is provided for mux switch's normal operation.Other Microprocessor ICs is a category for the digital switch ics.
