BU4001B Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient with the part packed in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm). This packaging method provides high reliability because it uses advanced packaging techniques. Based on the NOR Gate logic principle, it works. Voltage 3V~16V ensures the part's full functionality. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C. Part Through Hole is mounted. High and low output current states are both 1.2mA 3mA. This is part of the 4000B series. Total terminations are 14. There are 4 functions that significantly improve the user experience. Try searching with 4001 to find device variants. A total of 14 pins are injected into the body of the part. Many applications require the use of this logic device with its Through Hole mounting. Please refer to the datasheets for 14 pins functions. Inputs for the part are set to 2. Quiescent parts have 4μA current flowing through them. The logic device is a typical Gates. 4 circuits are used in this device. It has a capacitance of 50pF when loaded. This device requires a minimum voltage of 3V.
