BU7230G-TR Overview
To facilitate transportation, it comes packaged in SC-74A, SOT-753 .The comparator has an output type of Open Drain .This package has been designed with Cut Tape (CT) .There are5 terminals on the comparator.The component belongs to the Comparator family of electrical components.In the presence of a 3V voltage, the comparator is capable of accomplishing a variety of demanding tasks.Electronic comparator is possible to classify the chip as CMOS .Currently, it consists of only 1 elements.Electronic comparator is recommended to mount the device using type Surface Mount .As a precaution, it is recommended to set the operating temperature to -40°C~85°C to prevent malfunctions.A quiescent current of 15μA is displayed by this comparator.Mounting on PCBs or other boards is easy with the Surface Mount .You are allowed to input a maximum current of 1pA into the device.
