BU7250SG-TR Overview
In order to facilitate transportation, it is packaged in SSOP .The comparator has an output type of OPEN-DRAIN .The chip is packaged with Cut Tape (CT) .The comparator has 5 terminals.The electrical component here belongs to the Comparator family.When supplied with 3V voltage, the comparator is capable of performing a wide range of tasks.Currently, it consists of only 1 elements.The comparator displays a quiescent current of 35μA .Mounting on PCBs or other boards is easy with the Surface Mount .Input current to the device cannot exceed 1pA .Comparator electronics is not recommended to operate the system at a temperature above 105°C .Temperatures below -40°C are not suitable for the device.Comparators have a very high gain COMPARATOR amplifier.
