The device supports a maximum on-state current of 110000A.The repetitive peak off-state voltage of this device is 1000V; it is the maximum peak voltage permitted across it.In order to determine the effectiveness of insulation on conductors, leakage current can be measured and its maximum leakage current can be set as 10mA.Gate trigger current is?the gate current required to switch the device from the blocked (Off) state to the unblocked (On) state,and this device has a DC gate trigger current-Max of 75mA.
