CD40106BE Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient with the part packed in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm). A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Tube. Inverter logic governs its operation. In order for the part to function correctly, a voltage of 3V~18V is required. Operating temperature extended to -55°C~125°C. The part is mounted in Through Hole. Current output is 3.4mA 3.4mA in both the high and low states. A 4000B series product. 14 terminations have been made so far. User experience is significantly enhanced by the part's 6 functions. Use 40106 to search for device variants. The part body receives 14 pins. Many applications require the use of this logic device with its Through Hole mounting. To find out what the 14 pins do, please refer to the datasheets. Quiescent parts have 40nA current flowing through them. It is a typical Gates logic device. A 50pF load capacitance is present in the part. The device must be supplied with a minimum voltage of 3V. Upon reaching 18V, the highest supply voltage (Vsup) is reached. Its output current is rated at 6.8mA. In this device, there are 6 outputs. It is specified in the operating instructions of the chip that the operating voltage will be 5V volts. In standby mode, there is 4μA maximum current. Schmitt Trigger is its feature. It provides high-quality logic output, thanks to its 6 channels.
