CD4011BM96E4 Overview
The part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in SOIC. Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability. The total number of terminations is 14. 4 functions in the part enhance the user experience significantly. An injection of 14 pins is performed into the body of the part. Many applications include this logic device with a Surface Mount mounting. Please refer to the datasheets for 14 pins functions. Parts in quiescent state carry 1μA current. The logic device shown here is a typical Gate. There is 50pF load capacitance on the part. The method TR has been incorporated into the package. For operation, 4 elements are used.
