It is embeded in 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) case. D flip flop is included in the Tubepackage. T flip flop uses Differentialas the output. JK flip flop uses Positive Edgeas the trigger. There is an electronic component mounted in the way of Through Hole. Powered by a 4.5V~5.5Vvolt supply, it operates as follows. A temperature of -55°C~125°C TAis considered to be the operating temperature. This D latch has the type JK Type. In terms of FPGAs, it belongs to the 74ACT series. It should not exceed 100MHzin its output frequency. A total of 16terminations have been recorded. The 74ACT109family includes it. It is powered by a voltage of 5V . This T flip flop has a capacitance of 10pF farads at the input. In this case, the D flip flop belongs to the ACTfamily. A part of the electronic system is mounted in the way of Through Hole.
