CD74HC299M Overview
It is embedded in the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. In other words, it is packaged in a manner similar to Tube. Flexible 8-Bit circuits are used to achieve its superior performance. There is a logic type Universal Shift Register associated with this electrical device. The electronic part is mounted in Surface Mount-direction. It is recommended that the operating temperature be higher than -55°C~125°C. High/Low output currents allow 7.8mA 7.8mA to have a maximum design flexibility. As part of the 74HC series, it is a type of FPGA. It operates with a supply voltage of 2V~6V. There is one type of termination that is called the 20 termination, which consists in terminating a transmission line with a device that has an impedance that matches the characteristic impedance of the line itself. In order to function normally, the supply voltage should be higher than 5V. In order to design this electronic part, 8 Bits have been used. It is a member of the HC/UH family of electronic devices. There is a maximum voltage supply (Vsup) reached when 6V is reached. A higher voltage supply (Vsup) should be used. POSITIVE EDGE is the trigger it is configured with. Furthermore, it has the characteristic of HOLD MODE; COMMON I/O PINS; TOTEMPOLE SERIAL SHIFT RIGHT & SHIFT LEFT OUTPUTS; GATED OUTPUT CONTROL as well.
