CDC2510PWR Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Cut Tape (CT) method. The 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package includes this clock generator. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations.
