CDC2536DBG4 Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. The 28-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package includes this clock generator. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 28 terminations.
