CDC421100RGER Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in this file. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 100MHz maximum. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 3V~3.6V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. The RF synthesizer is compatible with LVPECL logic levels.
