CDC516DGGRG4 Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. A Clock PLL is included with the 48-TFSOP (0.240, 6.10mm Width) package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. 48 terminations can be found in frequency generators.
