CDC5801ADBQ Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tube package is used. 24-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) contains this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. There are 24 terminations found in this file. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, LVTTL. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 3.6V.
