CDC5801DBQ Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. As part of the 24-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, LVTTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 3.6V of power.
