CDC857-3DGG Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tube package. 48-TFSOP (0.240, 6.10mm Width) contains this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 48 terminations. The supply voltage of 2.5V allows for high efficiency. LVTTL, SSTL-2 is designed for clock generator's input. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. 167MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 2.7V of power. There should be a voltage supply above 2.3V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety.
