CGS3318M Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tube package. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package includes this clock generator. There is a Clock PLL called Clock, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 110MHz. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 4.5V~5.5V.
