Saving board space is achieved with the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.To pack telecommunications equipment, the way of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.The mounting type is Surface Mount.There are 1 circuits in this telecom IC .The voltage supplied to 12.5V can improve efficiency.-40°C~110°C is a temperature setting that is reliable when telecom switching comes to performance.Surface Mount is mounted on telecom switching.16 pins are present on this telecom interface.A 1.67mA supply current is required to operate telecom equipment .Telecom product operates with the supply voltage of 12V to provide much flexibility for designers.Designers have a great deal of flexibility with this telecom circuit due to its operation with the supply current provided by 1.67mA.During normal operation, a minimum value of -40°C is set for the temperature.Ensure normal operation by setting the temperature to the maximum value of 110°C.A voltage of at least 11.4V should be supplied.If the voltage supplied is lower than 13.4V, telecommunications device should be used.For normal operation, the supply current should be kept at 1μA.With a resistance of 110Ohm, it works.
