A 28-VDFN Exposed Pad package is used to reduce board space requirements.For telecommunications equipment packing, the Tape & Reel (TR) method is used.Telecommunications equipment is mounted with type Surface Mount.There are 1 circuits in this telecom IC .A higher supply voltage for 4.5V~5.5V will improve efficiency.Using -40°C~110°C as the operating temperature can result in reliable performance.Mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.An interface with 28 pins is present on this telecom interface.Telecom equipment operates wit h a supply current of 700μA.For designers, it offers a wide range of flexibility as it operates with the supply voltage of 5V.The supply current of 700μA allows designers to have a great deal of flexibility.A minimum temperature value -40°C is set to ensure normal operation.It is necessary to set the temperature at the maximum value of 110°C for the telecom IC to function normally.There should at least be 4.5V voltage supplied.The voltage supplied should be lower than 5.5V.Normally, the supply current should remain at 1μA.The telecommunication product can work with a resistance of 110Ohm.
