With a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 3.1V~7V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~85°C TA is the -40°C~85°C TArm.
