CSP2510CPG Overview
Clock PLL is embedded in the TSSOP package. This clock generator ic can sustain 240 degrees of temperature during reflowing. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. As the Clock PLL's input, Clock is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 140MHz Max. In this IC, a 24-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. The frequency synthesizer has 24 pins that are available. A frequency generator with 0°C operations has an impressive low-temperature performance. This RF synthesizer can last with attenuated performance at 85°C. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3.3V that this analog clock generator can handle. 10 high true output enable pins are available on this clock generator. There is no point in supplying this frequency generator with a voltage higher than 3.6V. With this clock generator, the supply voltage is limited to 3V.
