CY2077FS Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tube package is used. Embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 220 to be essentially indestructible. It contains 8 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
