CY22150FZXIT Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVCMOS, LVTTL, Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 166.6MHz. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 2.375V~3.465V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of CMOS logic.
