As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tube method. A Clock PLL is included with the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 16 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V.
