It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. In the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. There are 20 terminations found in the file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. A clock generator's input is called Clock, Crystal and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented.
