CY2304SXC-2 Overview
The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 8 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. This clock generator receives its inputs from Clock, which is designed to be the clock source. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. 133.3MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 3.6V of power. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 3V for safety considerations. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3V~3.6V.
