CY2308SC-1H Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain NOT SPECIFIED degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 16 terminations found in the file. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this case, LVCMOS, LVTTL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. An up to 133.3MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 3.6V. A maximum voltage of 3V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. There are 3V~3.6V available for use with this clock PLL. Test statistics estimate a temperature of 0°C~70°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature. It's compatible with LVCMOS logic levels.
