CY2308SC-1H Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain NOT SPECIFIED degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 16 terminations found in the file. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this case, LVCMOS, LVTTL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. An up to 133.3MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 3.6V. A maximum voltage of 3V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. There are 3V~3.6V available for use with this clock PLL. Test statistics estimate a temperature of 0°C~70°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature. It's compatible with LVCMOS logic levels. Fanout Buffer (Distribution), Zero Delay Buffer is the type of electrical part that this component is classified as.
