CY2308SC-4 Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. A maximum temperature of 240 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. 16 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVTTL. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. An upper frequency limit of 133.3MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 3.6V. There should be a voltage supply above 3V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. Clock PLL works with 3V~3.6V supply voltage provided. The ambient temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. LVCMOS is designed for clock generator's output. It is possible to classify this electronic component as a Fanout Buffer (Distribution), Zero Delay Buffer.
