CY2308SXC-5H Overview
Tube-method packaging is used for clock ICs. As part of the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this case, LVCMOS, LVTTL is designed to be the input of the clock generator.
