CY2309NZSC-1H Overview
It is available in the case 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) for this cut smart buffer. It is packaged as a Tube. For normal operation, 133.3MHz is the maximum value. In it, there are 16 terminations. The supply voltage of 3.3V is capable of providing high efficiency. The circuit clock is mounted on Surface Mount. A classification of Fanout Buffer (Distribution) is assigned to this electronic part. Setting the temperature to 0°C~70°C ensures reliable performance. Ideally, it should be able to operate from 3V~3.6V volts. This item is positioned in the way of Surface Mount. The clock buffer contains 16 pins. A 16 pin is used for operation. The CY2309 family contains it. There is 3.6V maximum supply voltage (Vsup). Normal operation requires a voltage above 3V for the supply voltage (Vsup). Default settings are set to output 9. When the supply voltage is at 3.3V, the efficiency will be highest. There is no external influence on it, as it consumes 32mA quiescent current.
