CY23S09ZXC-1H Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. In it, there are 16 terminations to be found. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVTTL. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 133.33MHz Max.
