CY25200-ZXC002AT Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. In the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. In this clock generator, Clock, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 200MHz is available. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There are 2.375V~3.465V available for use with this clock PLL. The ambient temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. The RF synthesizer is compatible with VDDL logic levels.
