CY26049ZXC-22 Overview
Tube-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package includes this clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer.
