CY28329OXC Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. The 56-BSSOP (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflown. 56 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. This Clock PLL will be fed by Crystal as its input. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. An upper frequency limit of 133MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. There should be 3.135V~3.465V provided with this RF synthesizer. The temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C to ensure reliable performance. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the HCSL, LVCMOS logic levels is presented here. Clock PLL is equipped with 56 pin count. These related electrical parts are available for the base part number CY28329. There is an available 56 pin on the PLL. The supply voltage should be maintained at 3.3V for high efficiency. Clock PLL is configured with 22 output.
