In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Clock PLL is embedded in the 32-TQFP package. 32 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 2.5V. In this clock generator, LVCMOS, LVPECL, LVTTL is used as the input to the clock. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. An up to 200MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 3.465V. A maximum voltage of 2.375V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons.
