CY29773AXIT Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The 52-TQFP package embeds this Clock PLL. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 52 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 2.5V. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVCMOS, LVPECL, which is designed to be the clock source. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 200MHz.
