CY29973AXI Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. The 52-TQFP package embeds this Clock PLL. It contains 52 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. As the Clock PLL's input, PECL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal.
