The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the 100-LQFP package, there is an embedded clock generator. As the Clock PLL's input, LVPECL, LVTTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance.
