The 32-LCC (J-Lead) package contains FIFO memory chip.You'll find it packaged in the shape of a Tape & Reel (TR) .The FIFO chips have a memory of 36K 4K x 9 that can be used to store applications and data.It is recommended that the temperature of the system be regulated to 0°C~70°C for reliable operation.There is Surface Mount mounting type for this FIFO memory.Powered by a voltage of 3V~3.6V , it operates on a low supply voltage.This memory logic is part of the CY7C series.Memory IC's maximum operating supply current is 20mA .Surface Mount is memory IC's recommended mounting method.In terms of its family, it is part of the 7C4241 family.A supply voltage of 3.3V is capable of producing high efficiency.FIFO means contains 32 terminations.The maximum current required for its operation is 20mA .A frequency of 66.7MHz is capable of maintaining good accuracy.Vsup is set to 3.6V (FIFO memory IC's maximum supply voltage).Maintain the supply voltage (Vsup) above 3V for normal operation.
