DAC813KU Overview
It is supplied in the 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. 15V volts power it. The Other Converters family of FPGAs includes this part. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within -40°C~85°C when operating. In order to save space, this FPGA model has been contained in Tube. It is designed with 28 terminations. Parts related to this part can be found using its base part number DAC813.
