DAC8229FSZ Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package and X package. The supply voltage is 15.75V volts. In this case, the FPGA part belongs to the Other Converters family. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of -40°C~85°C. Using the Tube layout, this FPGA model can be contained in a very small amount of space. In total, it has 20 terminations on each end.
