DG307ACJ Overview
The electronic component is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm). High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tube. A switch device like this is mounted in Through Hole. 2:1 is the ratio between multiplexers and demultiplexers. The operating temperature is extended to around 0°C~70°C TA. Powered by a 15V voltage supply, the electrical part should be switched on and run. 14 pins are injected to the electronic part body. SPDT switching circuits are used in these analog switch ics. Analogue multiplexers of the Dual, Single supply type that are cost-effective. In order for the electronic part to function properly, the lowest voltage should be 5V. An operating current of 1nA would be sufficient for this switch device. When the digital multiplexer is charged above 10μA, damage can occur. For this multiplexer, dual supply voltage is feasible, but it should not exceed 18V. A dual power supply should have at least 5V voltage attached. A total of SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs are available on this analog switch ic.
