DS1817-10 Overview
This voltage supervisor has a total of 3 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Bulk. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) functions. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 240. The supervisor is always powered by a 3.3V volt supply. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. Power management is included in the Through Hole mount. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. It has a total of 3 pins that are attached to IC management. The pins of the power management system count 3. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 0V for this PMIC. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. The recommended mounting type is Through Hole. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Totem Pole as the output voltage. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 35μA is the recommended value. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using DS1817, the base power ics number. The maximum supply temperature that PMIC chip can work with is 35μA. The PMIC is a kind of the well-known EconoReset series of products.
