Saving board space is achieved with the 144-BGA, CSPBGA package.For telecommunications equipment packing, the Tray method is used.In this case, Surface Mount is the mounting type.A 4 circuit is the heart of this telecom IC .Providing 3.135V~3.465V wtelecom IC's efficiencyh the correct supply voltage will improve efficiency.A 0°C~70°C-temperature setting offers reliable performance.In telecom switching configuration, there are 144 terminations.It operates at a voltage of 3.3V.It uses the PCM TRANSCEIVER IC type for its telecom IC.A current of 300mA is used as the supply current.
