For greater flexibility, the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.Tube is the packaging method.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 17V Max V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type is Inverting.Mosfet driver is based on 14 terminations.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number L6386.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.Mosfet driver is configured wMosfet driverh 14 pins when designing.The device is specifically designed to operate at 15V volts.650mA is the maximum output current.The board contains 14 pins for component connections.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage is 600V.The output current supported by the device is 650mA.Its maximum power dissipation of 750mW also demonstrates its maximum ability to transfer power without overheating.A higher frequency of 400kHz will improve efficiency.
