For greater flexibility, its PDIP package is used.1 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.The configuration starts with 8 terminations.The mount method is Through Hole.During design, it is configured with 8 pins.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 15V volts of power.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.There is a maximum output current of 4A that can be achieved.This subcategory of MOSFET Drivers has a number of useful electronic components.There are 2 outputs integrated for its basis.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 85°C.-40°C is the minimum permissible operating temperature.Keeping the supply current at 7.5mA ensures greater stability.This device operates at its maximum voltage of 16V.For operation, 4.5V is the minimum supply voltage.A current of 200mA is output by the device.The resistance of the device is 1.5Ohm.The output voltage is 16.5V.
