Fpga chips is supplied in the 256-LBGA package. This kind of FPGA is composed of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY. This device features 182 I/Os in order to transfer data in a more efficient manner. In order to construct a fundamental building block, 8256 logic elements/cells are required. Fpga chips is powered from a supply voltage of 1.2V. The Field Programmable Gate Arrays family of FPGAs includes this part. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. A supply voltage of 1.15V~1.25V is needed in order for fpga chips to operate. The FPGA belongs to the Cyclone? II series of FPGAs, and it is one type of FPGA.
