There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 1508-BBGA, FCBGA package and X package. The FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. 902 I/Os are available for transferring data more efficiently. Logic elements/cells form the fundamental building block of a computer. It is powered from a supply voltage of 1.2V. In this case, the FPGA part belongs to the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family. The Surface Mount-slot on the development board allows you to attach the FPGA module. In order to operate it, it requires a voltage supply of 1.15V~1.25V . The Stratix? II Series is one of the types of FPGAs that belong to this type. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of 0°C~85°C TJ. The device has 894 outputs that are integrated into it. In order to save space, this FPGA model has been contained in Tray. There are 4520488 RAM bits that are available with this device.
