In the 256-LBGA package, you will find fpga chips. A FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-based FPGA is one of these types. This device features 182 I/Os in order to transfer data in a more efficient manner. A fundamental building block consists of 10320 logic elements/cells.
